05 Kyabra is a recently completed, modern mixed use building located in Newstead, Queensland. Located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD. Predominantly an ‘A’ grade strata office building comprising of 14 offices. The building also contains a restaurant and café at ground floor and two double storey penthouse apartments on the top floors of the building.
The design of 05 Kyabra was inspired by its former use as a warehouse, which is evident by the industrial look and feel and then coupled with modern and high end finishes to provide a contemporary and high end building.
