Paul, when formerly employed at Mirvac, acquired during a competitive tender process the exclusive former Dallas Brooks Hall site fronting the Fitzroy gardens. The Freemasons required to establish a new lodge on the site, Paul negotiated and designed a concept that delivered a world class facility for the Freemasons, whilst extracting the higher value form the land to complete a high-end residential development.
